PCC COST PER CUM / CFT (M5 TO M15 GRADES).
Providing and laying a specified grade of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) for foundations below footings, floors, rafts, drains, and trenches. This includes centering and shuttering (if required), laying, spreading, ramming, consolidating, curing, and finishing the top surface rough or smooth, as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
RCC IN FOUNDATION & PLINTH
Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level.
RCC IN SLABS, BEAMS & CHAJJAS
Reinforced cement concrete work in suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 degrees, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases up to floor five level.
RCC IN COLUMNS & PILLARS
Reinforced cement concrete work in vertical structures like columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement.
READY MIX CONCRETE (RMC) M25
Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix.
